NetUP notifies customers about the release of a new version of the billing system. The UTM 5 version 5.3-005-rc1 is a release candidate and is intended for
acquaintance with the functional. We don't recommend using this version of the billing system for commercial operation!
Since version 5.3-005, NetUP stopped the release of UTM5 updates for Centos 5 and Debian Wheezy. That is due to discontinued support of these operating systems
by their developers. We also stopped supporting PostgreSQL due to the features of the UTM5 build on new systems.

Meet the new member of the NetUP IPTV hardware lineup - compact desktop version of our IPTV headend. It is equipped with 4 universal DVB inputs but is also capable of receiving and retransmitting IP streams.

We significantly improved the software to get higher precision UDP streaming (with much lower PCR overall jitter values). This is extremely important for devices that rely on PCR values in a stream, like DVB STBs in cable networks.

Since version 5.3-004 we will no longer release UTM5 updates for Windows Server 2003. On december 31 2016 we will stop releasing UTM5 updates for FreeBSD 10.1 and 10.2. That is due to discontinued support of these operating systems by their developers.
